Autodesk annual convention

An exceptional venue for an exceptional day

Only unique and original décor for Autodesk, the 3D software publisher, and its annual event that is held every year in a different place. For their 2017 forum, our client chose an exceptional venue, the Palais Brongniart. No conflict of generations, history and modernity cohabited in perfect harmony. The 800 guests – partners and distributors – had a whole day to learn all there is to know about Autodesk, its latest products, etc., and to discover a mythical venue, the former Stock Exchange.

A multi-factor equation

The concentrated time of the event (one day) required solving a multi-factor equation: welcoming and presenting its 15 partner developers, sponsors and key account distributors, organizing an agora briefing, workshop and conferences, installing a space of confidentiality and conviviality, organizing a central information desk, and much more – while preserving the integrity of the historic site.

Extensive expertise

Our designers opted for visibility and efficiency. All of the installations were organized around the shape of the monumental vault of the palace. An illuminated, contemporary desk occupied the central point of the installations, while mini-booths hosted Autodesk’s premium partners. The agora briefings, conferences and VIP lounges integrated seamlessly with the exhibition area measuring more than 900 m2.
This type of intervention is organized with an event communications agency. To ensure the success of the convention required nothing less than military strike force precision… Three days: equipment and digital installation the day before, convention from 10 am to 7 pm on the big day, and dismantling the day after.
